Meta Ads

Meta rewards creative volume. Most businesses run out in week three.

Short answer

Meta Ads reach people who aren't searching yet. That makes them strong for demand generation, local awareness, lead forms and remarketing — and weaker for capturing urgent intent, which is Google's job. We handle creative, audiences, pixel setup and reporting.

Meta Ads at Digital Burst

The approach

Why we do it this way

Search advertising catches people who already know they have a problem. Meta catches them earlier — which is why it works so well for businesses with a visual product, a long consideration cycle, or an offer people didn't know existed.

The bottleneck is almost never targeting. Meta's algorithm is good at finding buyers if you feed it enough creative. The bottleneck is having enough decent creative to test, which is exactly what most small businesses don't have.

So that's where we spend the effort: producing a steady stream of ad creative from what you already have, testing it properly, and killing what doesn't work quickly.

What's included

Every Meta Ads plan covers

  • Pixel and Conversions API setup
  • Campaign and audience build
  • Ad creative production (static and video)
  • Instant lead form build
  • Retargeting and lookalike audiences
  • Fortnightly creative refresh
  • Lead quality review
  • Monthly performance report

Process

How we run Meta campaigns

Creative volume is the lever. Everything else supports it.

Step 01

Pixel and Conversions API setup

Server-side tracking so iOS privacy changes don't blind the account.

Step 02

Offer and angle development

What we're actually saying, and to whom. Three or four distinct angles rather than one message in four colours.

Step 03

Creative production

Static, carousel and short-form video built from your existing photos, jobs and reviews.

Step 04

Audience structure

Broad targeting with strong creative signals, plus retargeting and lookalikes from your customer list.

Step 05

Testing cadence

New creative into the account every fortnight; fatigue monitored by frequency and CTR decay.

Step 06

Reporting

Cost per enquiry and lead quality feedback loop with your sales team.

Packages and engagements

How Meta Ads packages are scoped and priced

Meta Ads is a capability, not a product. It sits inside one of three engagements, and each is quoted on scope and the outcome it is accountable for — never on hours logged or a percentage of your ad spend.

Answers

Meta Ads questions, answered properly

Do Facebook ads still work in 2026?

For the right offer, yes. They work best for visual products, local awareness, event promotion, lead magnets and remarketing to people who already visited your site. They work poorly as a replacement for search when someone has an urgent problem to solve right now.

How much creative do you need from me?

Less than you'd think. Photos of completed jobs, your team, your premises and your product are usually enough to start. We'll tell you exactly what to shoot on a phone if we need more.

Can you run lead forms instead of sending people to my site?

Yes. Instant forms usually produce cheaper leads of slightly lower quality. We often run both and compare cost per booked job, not cost per lead.

What budget do I need?

Meaningful testing usually starts around $1,000 to $2,000 a month in ad spend. Below that, the algorithm doesn't get enough conversions to optimise.

Will you also manage my organic social?

We can, but we'll usually tell you to put the money into ads first. Organic reach on business pages is small enough that it rarely justifies the retainer on its own.
