How we work together
Three ways to work with us. All three end in someone being accountable.
The three engagement models
Most agencies sell you a channel and bill you for hours spent inside it. We sell one of three relationships, and each one is quoted against what it is meant to achieve.
We run it and we own the result
Managed
We run the programme end to end and answer for the outcome.
We interpret and steer, you execute
Advisory
Independent judgement for teams who already execute.
We build the capability in your team
Enablement
Training so your team can run more of it themselves.
Why the engagement, not the channel
The platforms will happily spend your budget. What they will not do is tell you whether it was the right budget, on the right offer, aimed at the right people — or own the answer when it wasn't.
Selling by channel made sense when execution was the hard part. Setting up a campaign used to take skill; now the platform will do most of it, and do it competently. What it will not do is decide whether the objective was right, notice that your conversion tracking has been double-firing since a theme update, or tell you the offer is the problem rather than the targeting.
So the useful unit is not "SEO" or "Google Ads". It is whether you want us to run it and answer for the result, to read the numbers and set the direction while your people execute, or to build the capability inside your team so you depend on us less.
Capabilities sit inside engagements
Search, paid media, AI optimisation, web and local are capabilities, not products. Which of them an engagement uses is a scoping question, and it changes over time as the evidence changes. You are not buying a fixed basket.
Pricing
Quoted per engagement
We price on scope and the outcome we agree to be accountable for, never on hours logged and never as a percentage of your ad spend.
