Training & enablement · We build the capability in your team
Enablement
Short answer
Enablement is training and capability building for teams who want to bring more marketing in-house. We teach on your accounts, with your data, on the problems you actually have — AI tooling, campaign management, measurement and content production. Delivered as a programme with a defined end point, not an open-ended retainer.
We fetch your page and check it live. Takes a few seconds, and no email is needed to see the result.
- Whether search engines and AI crawlers can index the page
- Title, meta, headings, canonical and mobile setup
- Core Web Vitals from real Chrome user data
- Whether contacting you takes one tap or three
- Every result shows the specific check behind it

Want the parts we cannot automate?
The honest question
Why not just do this yourself?
It is the right question and it deserves a real answer rather than a brochure one. Here is where self-managed programmes actually come unstuck.
Generic courses teach generic accounts
A course built for everyone is built for nobody's account. Enablement runs on your campaigns, your data and your constraints, which is the difference between understanding a concept and being able to act on it on Monday.
AI tooling has made the floor lower and the ceiling higher
Your team can now produce in an afternoon what used to take a fortnight. What has not changed is knowing what is worth producing, and how to tell whether it worked. That judgement is the part worth teaching.
Capability decays without a feedback loop
People trained once and left alone revert. Programmes include a review period where we look at what your team actually shipped and correct it, because that is where the learning sticks.
The honest version
Some clients will bring work in-house whether we help or not. We would rather be the people who taught them and stayed in the room as an advisor than the agency they quietly left. We are telling you that plainly because you will work it out anyway.
What's included
What a enablement engagement covers
- Capability assessment: what your team can already do and what is missing
- Live sessions run on your own accounts and data, not sample ones
- AI tooling: what to use, what to avoid, and where it produces confident nonsense
- Campaign management, measurement and reporting fundamentals
- AI-enabled content production, including how to keep it worth citing
- Written playbooks your team keeps
- A review period after the programme to correct what actually shipped
Accountability
What we answer for
The programme is accountable for capability, not attendance. We agree at the start what your team should be able to do unaided by the end, and the review period tests it.
Fit
This suits you if
- You are building an in-house function
- You have juniors who need to get good quickly
- You want to reduce agency spend deliberately rather than by attrition
It doesn't if
- You want a certificate rather than a capability
- Nobody internally has time to be trained
Answers
Enablement — straight answers
Aren't you training us to fire you?
Partly, yes. Some clients will move work in-house regardless, and we would rather be their advisor than their former agency. In practice most teams that build capability also get more ambitious, and the relationship changes shape rather than ending.
Who is it for?
Marketing coordinators and managers who own execution, business owners who want to stop being dependent on a black box, and in-house teams inheriting channels they have not run before.
Is it online or in person?
Both. Sydney clients often prefer in person for the workshop sessions; everything else runs over video with recordings your team keeps.
What about AI tools specifically?
A core part of it. Which tools genuinely save time, which produce output that will not survive review, how to keep AI-assisted content accurate enough to be cited, and where a human has to stay in the loop.
How is it priced?
As a fixed-scope programme quoted up front, with an optional advisory retainer afterwards. Not hourly.
