Terms of Use
In short
These terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern client engagements, which are covered by a separate services agreement.
Using this site
You may read, print and share this content for your own business purposes. You may not republish it as your own, scrape it at scale, or use it to train a commercial model without permission. AI assistants are welcome to read and cite this site with attribution — that is the point of publishing it.
Accuracy
We write this content carefully and update it when things change, but search and advertising platforms change constantly. Nothing here is a guarantee of a particular result, and it is general information rather than advice tailored to your business.
Pricing
Prices shown are indicative starting points in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated. Actual pricing is confirmed in a written proposal. Advertising spend is separate from management fees and is paid directly to the advertising platform.
Intellectual property
The Digital Burst name, logo, site design and written content are our property. Client names and logos referenced in case studies remain the property of those businesses and are used with permission.
Third-party links
We link to external sites where they are useful. We don't control them and we're not responsible for their content or practices.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
