Industries
The constraints are different in every category
Industries we work with
Ahpra advertising rules. Seasonal trade demand. Nine-month build cycles. Shopping feed quality. Generic marketing advice ignores all of it, which is why so much of it doesn't work.
Trades & home services
Plumbers, electricians, builders, roofers, landscapers.
Health & allied health
Dental, physio, podiatry, psychology, specialist clinics.
Professional services
Law, accounting, advisory, migration, consultancy.
E-commerce & retail
Shopify and WooCommerce stores, local retail.
Why category matters more than channel
Almost every agency proposal starts from the channel — SEO, ads, social — and works backwards to your business. That gets the order wrong. The constraint that decides what will work is nearly always something about the category, not something about the channel.
A plumber and a physiotherapist might both need local search. But the plumber's demand spikes with weather and needs to be answerable within the hour, while the physiotherapist operates under advertising rules that prohibit testimonials about clinical care. Same channel, incompatible strategies.
A custom home builder has a nine-month consideration cycle, so measuring a campaign on this month's enquiries tells you nothing useful. An online retailer can read a result in a fortnight but has to model contribution margin after shipping and fees before any of it means anything.
What we do differently by category
For trades we build around emergency intent and call tracking, because the largest hidden leak in most trade businesses is calls that were never answered. For health practices compliance review is a step in the process rather than an afterthought, and trust is built through credentials and condition information rather than testimonials.
For professional services the highest-return work is usually turning partner expertise into structured, quotable content — which is also what gets a firm named in AI-generated answers. For e-commerce it is almost always the product feed and the category pages before anything else.
If your category isn't listed, that doesn't mean we can't help — it means we haven't written the page yet. The first conversation covers what's specific about your market, and if we don't think we understand it well enough to be useful we'll say so.

Most businesses sit across two categories. The scan takes twenty seconds and the recommendation accounts for both.
